The last day to book your reservation is Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. The conference rate is $203 CAD - $233 CAD per night.

 

The hotel is also offering a limited number of rooms at the group rate a few days before (February 29 - March 1) and after (March 6-8) the conference. Should you wish to stay pre- and post- conference nights, and you find that the rooms are already filled, please book the conference dates of March 2 - 5 and send an email to Bayshoregroup.reservations@westin.com with your reservation # and request for pre- or post-nights to be added to your reservation.

 

Please do book early, as all the rooms, including the pre- and post- conference nights, are subject to availability.

Make a Green Choice
 
NAVSA 2021-22 has opted into Westin’s Sustainability Program and their Make a Green Choice Initiative.
 
Make A Green Choice is an initiative whereby guest rooms are not visited by Housekeeping for cleaning for up to three days in a row. The resources, such as water, electricity and cleaning materials, that are saved are then tallied up to generate a carbon footprint amount.  As a thank you for taking part in this green initiative, the hotel donates a $5 Food and Beverage voucher or 1,000 Marriott Bonvoy points to each guest room for each night a guest opts into Make a Green Choice.  
 
Here’s how it works: At check in, guests will be informed that the Group has opted into Making A Green Choice in support of reducing our environmental footprint, so housekeeping will not be entering your guest room for up to three days during your stay. Towels and bath amenities can be requested at any time. If you still wish to receive daily service, you can, of course, be taken off the Make A Green Choice option at any time during your stay, by dialing ‘0’ on your guestroom phone or stopping by the Front Office.

Run Westin: a Run Concierge is typically available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, to lead guests in the morning or afternoon on a guided 5km (3 mile) run.

Gear Lending: hotel guests can rent running shoes, shorts, t-shirt, sports bras, and socks (which guests can keep) all for $5.25/per guest, per stay.  
 
Bike Westin: all hotel guests receive a complimentary two-hour bike rental available from the Bike Concierge, located at the hotel's main entrance doors.
